The art of ship management.
Blue Sea Consultancy is built with a team of highly specialised and proficient individuals with a common goal: to offer innovative and cost-effective solutions that empower us not just to tackle the challenges of today, but to cater to the future demands of the shipping industry.
We provide excellence in ship management services with sustainability, by ensuring the Health, Safety and Security of our Crew, Environment, Vessel and Cargo — across technical, crew and commercial management.

We strive to optimise vessel performance, minimise operational costs and maximise client satisfaction through our experienced team, advanced technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are committed to fostering long-term partnerships with our clients, suppliers and employees, while upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency and ethical conduct. Behind the management team sits our own 30,000 sq ft workshop in Singapore — so when a managed vessel needs repair, fabrication or machining, the people doing the work answer to us.

Chairman — Blue Sea Consultancy
Four decades in shipping — ship building, ship repairs, and the buying and selling of vessels — with exposure to both sailing and shore-based top management.
He heads a professionally managed technical and crew management team with 20 years of experience. In business he goes by his father's name, Kareem — carried into every deal as both accountability and standard: the same man in every room, in every port.
